We spend a lot of money to landscape our front yard about eight years ago and over time, lot of plants didn't make it, and the yard ended up being a lot more maintenance and work than we excepted. We saw a sign for Bayside landscape that we liked and decided to call and consider reworking our own front yard. I hired Bayside landscape to fix my leaks I had in my irrigation system and to cap sprinklers in the planting beds and transition them to drip. Rick and his team where responsive, communicated well with me from the beginning and on through. One thing I really appreciated, was Rick always being there on time when we planned to meet to discuss and review the project, and often a little early. His quote was clear and accurate. I did add to it during the process, like a new controller, and he promptly submitted a new quote and there were no surprises or additional cost beyond what we agreed to. One area that I think defines the reputation of an organization, is the follow through and responsiveness. When the work completed, we thought we caught everything, note that some leaks where underground with one under a fence post. Rick and his team did a good job locating these leaks. At the time it was still the rainy season, so the irrigation was not in a daily operation. Three months later when I turned the system on, a few issues popped up. I have many zones for irrigation, so I was not at all surprised that a few things might pop up. Once the system was in daily use. I called Rick and let him know and he and his team were out within a day to address them. His responsiveness and ownership of ensuring all turned out well is what sets him apart. I would highly recommend him. I found him to be honest, ethical and very easy to work with

I would highly recommend Bayside landscape. The owner Rick George was an absolute pleasure to with. His prices were fair, and his crew was on time and efficient. We thrilled with our new drought tolerant garden and hardscape. Rick was also very knowledgeable with San Jose water rebate process ( it worked !) That was definitely an added bonus to a fine job.
